St. Patrick's Day Results-Lucky Charms

Last week we participated with students all over the world in a Lucky Charms graphing activity! The kids sorted all the marshmallows in a whole box of Lucky Charms and then we graphed them. In Math, we have been working on bar graphs so this activity was just perfect!

Check out the map below to see all the participants! This is so awesome! They had so much fun looking at the world! It was almost surprising to them that there were other places out there. Super cute!

Here are our results:

Horseshoes: 11
Pots of Gold: 40
Four-Leaf Clovers: 36
Stars: 22
Moons: 22
Rainbows: 51
Hearts: 52
Balloons: 22
Misc: 228 (all the left over marshmallows that we didn't graph)

Now here are the results from all of the students that have participated! :) This was such great experience for the kids.
